Jayson Tatum sent off a silent message to his opponents hours before the game. The Boston Celtics superstar was seen donning a colorful jacket ahead of a crucial game against the Mavs. However, it was the picture of a certain Chicago Bulls legend printed on the jacket that caught the fans’ eye. It seemed like Tatum had already decided to bring out his inner MJ during the Celtics vs Dallas Mavericks game.

Jayson Tatum’s Boston Celtics faced Luka Doncic’s Dallas Mavericks on November 23, 2022. The game ended in favor of the Celtics as they beat the Mavs by 125-112. However, Tatum had already garnered fans’ attention way before the game even began. Several hours before the game, the three-time NBA All-Star entered the arena building in a casual white shirt, jeans, and a seemingly bright-colored jacket.

On the jacket were three Michael Jordan pictures and a No. 1 sticker with several stars. It could be just a fashion choice or a way of letting the people know Tatum had every intention of winning the game. If it was the latter, then it evidently worked as the Celtics won their 14th game of the 2022-23 NBA season.
