The Memphis Grizzlies star Ja Morant tweeted something back in 2015, which has finally come to light, but not in a very positive way. The Golden State Warriors’ Stephen Curry, who is known for his tremendous skills, is one of the top players in the league.

Nowadays, it’s common for players to share news on Twitter or to give their opinions about certain events. It seems that this generation goes parallel with social media. Eventually, the war also starts as if the opponent or another player had said something about the game.

As we can see, seven years ago, in every game Curry was at an MVP level. And the match against the Grizzlies is coming back from history as we see it being repeated. In the 2015 NBA Playoffs, the Warriors displayed an outstanding performance against the Grizzlies in Game 6, advancing to the Western Conference Finals with a 108-95 win.

It was a pleasure to watch the finest players go against each other. Curry finished with 32 points, 10 assists, and eight three-pointers in that game. Klay Thompson also contributed to the points, giving the Grizzlies stiff competition.

To this end, Morant wrote a tweet saying “Warriors in 6″. Morant’s 3 words to Curry’s Warriors, 7 Years Back, come back to haunt him.

Morant is a fresh talent who has recently joined the NBA and performed well for his team. In the NBA draft for 2019, the Grizzlies picked Morant at number 2 in round 1. It seems that history is repeating itself this time, but the outcome is not yet clear.

In the second round of the NBA, the best players are all set to compete. We can feel the excitement of fans waiting to see Morant take on Curry. Considering the dynamic of the two athletes, both of them can play in the same positions and are quite similar in size and weight. Nevertheless, their skills are quite different.
