The Los Angeles Rams took on the Cincinnati Bengals in Super Bowl 56 on Sunday. The Rams won 23-20 in a closely contested game between the two teams. Several celebs and NBA stars were in attendance as well, as the Rams clinched their second super bowl in franchise history.
Things started off great for the Rams, as they took a 13-3 lead in the first quarter. Stafford connected with both Odell Beckham and Copper Kupp. But OBJ suffered a left knee injury which caused him to leave the game. He would not return again and the Rams offense came to a halt. Then the Bengals woke up with a bit of magic. They had a trick play ready, which led to a Higgins touchdown to make it 13-10. In the second half, a 75 scoring pass from Burrow gave the Bengals a 17-13 lead. A field goal from each side made it 20-16 by the end of the third quarter. In the end, Matthew Stafford and the Los Angeles Rams came up clutch as Stafford connected with Kupp for the game-winner with a 1:25 to go. Aaron Donald then led the Rams Defense to their second super bowl title.

Super Bowl LVI
The biggest football match of the year did not disappoint. Everyone expected an offensive showdown between the two teams, but it turned into a defensive battle. At one point in the fourth quarter, there were 7 punts in a row. It may have been because of injuries to star players like OBJ or the hits the QB’s Joe Burrow and Matthew Stafford took. But Stafford continued his impressive post-season run as he came up with another game-winner.For Joe Burrow, this was a disappointing ending to an amazing run. Burrow is only in his second year and he has led this team to a Super Bowl.

For the city of Los Angles, this is a time to celebrate. The last few years have been very kind for LA, as all their teams have won the title at least once. The Lakers and the Dodgers won the NBA title and the World Series back in 2020. With the Rams winning the Super Bowl, they have won the trifecta in the span of 2 years.
