Every other season in the NBA produces promising emerging players. This year is no different as 20-year-old Houston Rockets shooting guard Jalen Green has caught the eye of the league. Currently sitting at the bottom of the Western Conference table with a 9-19 record so far, the Rockets definitely require a strong comeback. However, Green’s performance made the NBA world believe that the point guard can dominate the game, perhaps even at the range of stars like Stephen Curry.

Green began his NBA career in the 2021-2022 season for the Houston Rockets. He was later named to the NBA’s All-Rookie first team for the same season. He ended the season with 17.3 PPG which included a historic scoring streak. Recently, Jalen Green‘s three-point shooting drill was doing the rounds on social media. The clip grabbed the attention of NBA fans online as Green can be seen sinking shots from the logo.

A 10-second video of Green shooting three-pointers from the logo went for viral on social media. One fan wrote, “It is over of the league when Jalen develops that Steph range.Golden State Warriors superstar Stephen Curry is most known for his incredible range when shooting, seemingly able to shoot from almost anywhere on the court. Many fans appreciated the range from which Green took his shots. Another fan wrote, “From the logo? that’s Dame range.”

In their last outing against the Miami Heat, which ended in a close 111-108 defeat for the Rockets, Green led his team in scoring with 22 points and 5 rebounds.

The expectations surrounding Jalen Green come from his exciting journey even before his NBA stint. He went on to join the NBA G League Ignite team after his high school career. Furthermore, he grabbed three gold medals for the United States at the junior level and won the MVP for the 2018 FIBA Under-17 World Cup.
