The Golden State Warriors and Memphis Grizzlies concluded a crazy, intense game. The Conference semifinal of the playoffs did not disappoint. This game featured many talented players and to some extent, everyone showed their potential. Although, not Draymond Green, who was ejected for a flagrant 2 foul on Brandon Clarke in the second quarter.
The referees called the foul flagrant 2 and ejected Draymond Green for hitting Brandon Clarke on the face, then pulling his jersey to pull and bring him to the ground. The decision was taken after a long delay. They took a considerable amount of time to reach the decision of not allowing Dray to continue the game.

When Clarke fell to the ground, he stayed there for a good 20 seconds or so. Probably to rile up the crowd and maybe to take a breather. The crowd went berserk as they chanted ?throw him out? for Green. Their wish came true as the referees took the decision in favor of the Grizzlies.
Brandon Clarke says he has been seeing Draymond Green?s flagrant fouls on TV his whole life
After their eventual loss following the dramatic ending to the game, Clarke said that the flagrant foul by Green did not surprise him.
Brandon Clarke is not shocked by Draymond’s flagrant foul. 👀

?I can like take a hit, man. He’s been known for flagrant fouls in his career. I’ve watched him on tv my whole life, it feels like. So I wasn’t really shocked. But you know I don’t really like flop or none but he did hit me pretty hard twice really, when i saw it again. So yeah, I mean it’s just us coming out and playing our ball. I’m not really worried about it or none. I mean it’s not shocking that he did something he’s done in the past so um yeah.? said Clarke.

CP3 can kick a man in the balls without a foul. Elbow same dude in the face and draw blood without a foul. Draymond grabs a jersey and it’s a cry baby session

Shouldn’t have been a flagrant 2 if we are being honest

If anyone else on the warriors does that it is a flagarant 1 it is a reputation call.

Moreover, Green also had the similar view on the whole matter. He said that it was a reputation thing more than anything else. Dray also hoped that it can at least be rescinded to flagrant 1. Because this would affect the game series. He is now on risk as he would get the ejection for the series if he gets two more flagrant foul points.

Dray also explained that he agreed to the hit on the face and the foul for that but he was actually grabbing the jersey to soften the blow for Clarke when he hit the ground. He was trying to hold Clarke up. Dray said that is why he could not understand the decision because he still held the jersey when Clarke was on the ground.
