Stephen Curry is most known for his otherworldly exploits on the basketball court. A superstar with such range had never been seen in the realm of basketball. Over his career, the Baby Face Assassin has left fans speechless making some near-impossible shots. However, recently, a single clip of his managed to create a major buzz. The eight-time All-Star was draining full-court shots almost effortlessly. Despite the claims over its legitimacy, another angle of the magic has baffled the NBA fanbase once again.

The clip in question came a few days back from Sports Illustrated. Curry was in his traditional offense, taking a three-point shot. However, the difference was just that the 34-year-old took the rack to his own half. The challenge was to hit full-court shots, and the video saw Stephen Curry use just one hand. Shockingly, the Golden State Warriors star hit five consecutive shots leaving the NBA world in a serious dilemma.

But as time came up, the secrets of Curry’s astonishing feat came to the surface. Video creator Ari Fararooy was the man behind the insane CGI. Or so the basketball world was made to believe. Shockingly, the LA-based creator released another angle of the three-point marksman doing the challenge. And it has once again left fans in a world of shock.

Did Stephen Curry really do that?

The first angle Sports illustrated came out with was at an angle shooting the side view of Steph Curry. With the mentions of Fararooy all over, the fans would be at ease that the video was indeed fake. However, a new clip is making the fans question their stand. Notably, this time the camera is right behind the Warriors. And it has managed to create a roar once again.

The angle isn’t misleading in any way. It seems to be a behind-the-scenes of the actual footage. Moreover, right before the game against the Indiana Pacers, a reporter got the chance to ask the man himself about the authenticity. While joyfully running away, Stephen Curry said, “If it?s on the Internet, it?s real! Right, Klay? It?s real! It?s real!?

Much to the dismay of the NBA fans, a Warriors member did claim the video to indeed be fake. Be it any other superstar, fans wouldn’t have given it a second look. However, as far as Stephen Curry goes, nothing is impossible. He is the only unanimous MVP the NBA has ever seen. Moreover, he single-handedly revolutionized the game of basketball with his shooting prowess. His long-range shots now seem ordinary due to the caliber he has displayed throughout his iconic career.

Merely the reputation of the greatest shooter alive is what makes fans question whether Stephen Curry really achieved the feat. Even though the video might be fake, the mindset it created is a testament to Curry’s impact on the minds.
