Eventually, the four-time NBA champ exchanged some heated words with Booker, triggering Barkley’s comments. The former Phoenix Suns legend played in the 1992 NBA Finals against Michael Jordan‘s Chicago Bulls. Barkley said,?“I think, as much as I love Klay, he’s slipping.”

Stephen Curry responds to Thompson’s critics

Charles Barkley criticized Thompson, claiming that injuries and time had started to take a toll on the five-time All-Star. Klay Thompson also gave a fitting response to Barkley as he seemed unfazed by the NBA expert’s comments. Now, Stephen Curry has also taken a dig at Barkley for going after Thompson.

Meanwhile, the Warriors made a sensational comeback during their game against the Miami Heat on October 27. Curry scored 33 points while Thompson nailed 19 points, as his actions did the talking for him.?

During the postgame conference, Curry stated that Thompson understood that he could bounce back from a rough night. Steph reckoned that comments from critics were just a part of their success as winning players are always in the spotlight.
