Over the years, NBA superstars have been known to branch out to not only different careers but also different sports. Be it Michael Jordan’s famous attempt at baseball during his first retirement, Shaquille O’Neal’s attempt to throw pro wrestlers through the table, or Stephen Curry’s love for golf, which has a lot of people speculating about his possible post-retirement journey. Similarly, there was quite a discussion among NBA fans regarding a prominent Miami Heat player and his recent display of skills, albeit not in a favorable light.
Fans love to see two worlds colliding and popular athletes joining the ranks of their favorite sport. However, sometimes it turns into much more of a trolling session than appreciation and happiness for their superstars trying out something else.

Many NBA superstars and athletes have supreme abilities, and they recognize them quicker than one would imagine. Michael Jordan has always loved golf. People close to him have previously mentioned how he’s easier to find at a golf course than at a basketball court. Moreover, his infamous attempt at making it to the MLB in 1994 could never be forgotten.
Crossing over to other sports has always been a huge attraction. It is a big reason why fans love seeing other sports stars dominate the annual NBA Celebrity All-Star game as DK Metcalf did during the 2023 All-Star Weekend.
However, it isn’t always a pleasant sight, as Miami Heat star, Tyler Herro, was recently mercilessly trolled by fans after a clip from his boxing training session went viral. The youngster’s valiant effort to give his all during his recreational combat training didn’t really please fans.
Herro is having a great season with the Heat and he’ll be looking to make a statement once the Playoffs begin. However, he has often been called out by fans for his off-court activities and this time was no different.
Fans didn’t show Tyler Herro any mercy
In the video, Herro looks relatively new to combat sport as he’s struggling to maintain form. Herro’s footwork evidently needs improvement if he wants to continue boxing as one of his training regimens. Needless to say, the internet wasn’t as forgiving to the 23-year-old NBA star who signed a $120 Million contract in October 2022.
Here are the reactions where Herro was told to keep his chin up on display.

Most of the fans made fun of the Heat star for various aspects of this video. One fan even called out Herro’s trainer for apparently not teaching him properly.
Everyone, wtf is that 😂
