Despite going on a four-game winning streak, the Los Angeles Lakers are still in the bottom half of the Western Conference. With an 18-21 record, the Lakers are currently in the 12th spot in the West. And the trade rumors surrounding L.A. have not stopped, linking players that have been in the Lakers’ trade interest all year long. However, it seems that fans have had enough as they clap back at the moves that the Lakers have yet to make.

Two players who have long been linked with the Lakers are Indiana Pacers stars Buddy Hield and Myles Turner. These two names have often been brought up in terms of players that the Lakers are looking to trade for.

Fans frustrated with the Lakers’ trade rumors

The vice president of the Los Angeles Lakers, Rob Pelinka had made a statement of shaking up the roster after the first 20 games of the season or up until Thanksgiving. However, the New Year has started and the Lakers have done absolutely nothing to improve their roster.

And fans are frustrated with all the trade rumors that the Lakers have indulged themselves in without making any moves. Especially surrounding Buddy Hield and Myles Turner who have been the Lakers? long-term trade interest.

One fan tweeted, ?I?m so done with these rumors,? clearly seeming to be frustrated with such news. And that wasn?t all.

Another frustrated fan commented, ?Lakers aren?t trading for anyone, it?s ok to accept that now and stop farming for likes with all these posts about it.?

Almost every other fan seems convinced that the Lakers will not be making a trade and will probably ride this roster out.

Will LeBron James get any help?

Recently, Myles Turner turned down an extension offer from the Indiana Pacers. Which means he will be a restricted-free agent this upcoming summer. But the Lakers could still make a move for Buddy Hield since LeBron James could use all the help he can get.

According to Eric Pincus of the Bleacher Report, ?If Turner isn?t restructured and extended, the Lakers could still pursue Hield, but that would still cost L.A. a first to move off of Westbrook.?

There is no doubt that three-point shooting is one of the biggest areas the Lakers need to improve upon. And Buddy Hield will surely give them that boost. However, The Lakers seem reluctant in trading Russell Westbrook since he has been giving the team a boost off the bench.
