Most NBA fans weren’t surprised when Chicago Bulls legend Scottie Pippen decided to fire shots at his former teammate, Michael Jordan. Many fans speculated that one reason behind the bad blood was Michael Jordan?s son, Marcus, dating Scottie Pippen?s ex-wife, Larsa. However, the hatred has stemmed from various other reasons, going back a few years. And now, a two-time NBA champion gave his two cents on the whole ordeal as well.

Scottie Pippen and Michael Jordan went on to become one of the best duos in NBA history. The two brought six NBA championships to the Chicago Bulls. So, it was even more heartbreaking to see their relationship fall apart.

Over the years, Scottie Pippen has often displayed signs of envy toward Michael Jordan from time to time. But things escalated to another level when Jordan?s docuseries, The Last Dance was released on Netflix.

Pippen certainly did not like the way he was portrayed in the documentary and since then, has continuously thrashed MJ. He recently even called Jordan a ?horrible player? and he was horrible to play with as well. This finally led two-time NBA champion Bill Walton to speak up on the matter. When Walton saw and heard all the comments Pippen had to say about his teammate, he said, ?I’m shocked and dismayed,??according to Marca.

?And those words are not strong enough to relate my feelings at the way that Scottie Pippen treats Michael Jordan.? Walton said this while making an appearance on Brandon Robinson’s radio show.

He then went on to talk about the Denver Nuggets and how they won a championship with absolute team skills instead of relying on a single player.

Scottie Pippen?s harsh words toward Michael Jordan sent shockwaves in the NBA world. Multiple analysts and NBA legends went on to share their thoughts on the so-called beef between the two.

While analysts and NBA legends had to mince their words, fans, on the other hand, absolutely lashed out at Pippen on every other social media platform. Some Bulls fans still hope that these two legends reconcile. However, by the looks of it, it may not happen anytime soon.
