To be one of the greatest athletes of all time, one must work every day of the year. Even after a decade into his retirement, 4x NBA champion and Hall of Famer Shaquille O’Neal is as busy as ever. However, fellow podcast host Spice Adams disapproved of O’Neal’s habits and accused him of having ulterior motives.

The trio of Shaquille O’Neal, Nischelle Turner, and Spice Adams were back on the ‘Big Podcast’ this week with a fresh episode. In the hour-long episode, the trio discussed a myriad of topics from the NBA and more. However, while answering fan questions in one of the segments, O’Neal revealed what he did on Thanksgiving this year. But he met with major pushback from a fellow host.

Shaquille O’Neal spent his Thanksgiving alone

In one of the episode segments, Turner read out a fan question about Thanksgiving to O’Neal and Adams. The question read, “What is your favourtire Thanksgiving food?” Meanwhile, this prompted a heated discussion between the three. The Big Fella quickly replied, “I am working on Thanksgiving, so I give my chef a day off, so believe it or not I’mma just eat me a little Turkey sandwich.” However, O’Neal’s answer was a far cry from what the question intended to ask, which Turner rightfully pointed out.

Moreover, former NFL player Spice Adams accused O’Neal of having ulterior motives. Adams declared that the divorced Hall of Famer was trying to spread the word about him spending Thanksgiving alone with the motive of alluring potential partners. He said, “Shaq is trying to hit he’s spending Thanksgiving alone; he’s trying to get a PYT out here.” However, Adams’s accusations met with no reply from the 4x NBA champion, and the conversation moved along.

O’Neal modified his initial answer to the fan question and revealed his favorite Thanksgiving food. Turkey, macaroni and cheese, baked chicken, and stovetop stuffing top the list of favorite Thanksgiving food for the Lakers legend. 

Besides finding faults in O’Neal’s answer, Adams also took offense to O’Neal’s use of the word ‘stuffing.’ The three got into another heated yet amusing exchange debating the correct term between ‘dressing’ and ‘stuffing.’ Adams, who was on the camp of ‘dressing’ along with Turner, exclaimed, “I am not gonna allow you to sit up here and say it’s stuffing.” However, O’Neal stood firm on his side of the camp and refused to admit to the lures of the other two.
