Joel Embiid is the toast of the town now. He has already won the NBA scoring?title with a PPG of 30.6 and now also showing up in a big way at the playoffs. Last game, he got accused by Raptors coach Nick Nurse of simulating to get free throws. Embiid fired back and told Nurse not to complain about the calls. He scored 19 points at that time.

Embiid fully dominated this match despite being doubled for most of the match. He scored 33 points and had 13 rebounds. Fortunately for the Sixers, his performances have remained consistent throughout the regular season and now, the playoffs. Embiid, along with Maxey and Harden, might win the Eastern Conference with the momentum they have. With Scottie Barnes out, it will be no surprise if they sweep the Raptors. Although Embiid has to do well if the Sixers are to have any chance of going in the Playoffs. For now, he is showing up and getting his job done really well.
