Russell Westbrook has had a tough season by his own standards. His blockbuster trade to the Lakers has not gone according to the plan. The Lakers are currently in the seventh spot and have a record of 21-21. Meanwhile, Westbrook is averaging a lowly 18.7 points a game and has had several games with high turnovers. In fact, his inability to knock down the three-point shot has clogged up the lane for LeBron and Co., making things more difficult for the Lakers.
The Kings are wild for this. 💀

The Lakers lost 125-116 to the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday. Likewise, Westbrook had another miserable outing, scoring only 8 points on 2 of 14 from the field. He was mercilessly trolled by the Kings and was called the ‘Ice Cold Player of the Game’.

Lakers will look to bounce back from this loss against the Nuggets on Sunday. Similarly, Westbrook will hope to find his shooting touch that has been missing in the last few games. The Lakers have a tough stretch of games coming up and they will need all the help that they can get. Meanwhile, LeBron has been tearing it up the last 12 games and he has scored 30 points or more in 11 of those games. He will hope to get some kind of support from his teammates as he is carrying the Lakers on a nightly basis.
