Celebrity supermodel Khloe Kardashian is quite familiar with the NBA, or with the players at least. She has dated numerous NBA stars like Tristan Thompson and Lamar Odom. Thompson and Kardashian’s highly publicized relationship ended in heartbreak for both. Interestingly, Khloe was dating and also married to Odom prior to her links with Thompson. However, this didn’t end well for both parties in this case as well.

During an interview a few weeks ago, the former Los Angeles Lakers star was in conversation with Los Angeles Times. He talked about his career, life, and also his relationship with Khloe. The former NBA champion had a lot to say about Khloe and he got emotional talking about her.

Lamar Odom and Khloe Kardashian’s relationship didn’t end well as they broke up after being married for four years. Following their breakup, Khloe dated Tristan Thompson.

Talking about Khloe, their relationship, and Tristan Thompson, Odom opened up during an interview. He said, “When she gets hurt, of course, that hurts me. I think what hurts me more is that it’s not in my place to protect her. I can only protect her when she say, ‘Lamar, I need your help with this.’”

Moreover, he also asserted that he wants the best for her. Even if it means, she never gets back with the former Los Angeles Lakers star. Khloe was all but supportive of her ex-husband when he suffered from a life-threatening overdose. Last year, he also opened up on another tragedy of his life, the death of Kobe Bryant.

The former teammate of the great Kobe Bryant once revealed the unlikely source of his inspiration. It is none other than The Mamba himself. Apparently, Odom sees Bryant in his dreams.

Odom said, “He’s just talking to me all the time. Hang in there.” Additionally, he also talked about how the dreams consist of the two playing basketball together. Interestingly, he also has a Kobe tattoo on his neck.
