As usual, a lot of people choose to do things online, and the impact can be clearly seen on the market. Due to this, primarily movie theaters have been affected. AMC Theatres, the country’s largest cinema chain, thought that working on this issue would help resolve the situation.
A $25 million check was issued by the company to take measures to prevent this from happening. A key goal of this event was to spread awareness about both the movies and the theaters among the audience. The promotion was limited to only movies before.
In this, Nicole Kidman played an important role, attempting to convey the idea through crowd-pleasers, dark thrillers, and tear-jerkers like “Moulin Rouge,” “Eyes Wide Shut,” and “The Hours.”
According to Billy Ray, the screenwriter behind Kidman’s famous AMC commercial, a sequel is on its way. “I got a text from the chairman of AMC about a month ago asking me if I would write the next one, and of course, the answer to that is yes,” Ray revealed. “It’s already written.”
