Marcus Jordan shares the same initials as his legendary father Michael Jordan. However, it is safe to say that Marcus doesn’t share his father’s legendary dominance on the court and astonishing accolades. However, once during an interview, he claimed to defeat his father in a one-on-one game. But the obsessively competitive Michael Jordan soon took his revenge in the rematch just after losing.

Back in 2020, during an interview with TMZ Sports, Marcus Jordan was asked about him playing with his father on the court. He recalled that once he defeated his father in a one-on-one game. He revealed that they were playing a modified version of one-on-one called cutthroat. Although, Marcus didn’t remember the score but he said, “I had a quick victory.”

Michael Jordan had a reputation for not taking his opponents lightly. And what he did next was very expected from the Chicago Bulls legend. Marcus said that his father ran right back and obviously dominated against him. Soon it was over. And Marcus further added, “We really didn’t play too much after that.” He also admitted that they don’t play basketball anymore and instead like to spend time on the golf course in their house.
