The ‘Inside the NBA’ show draws a lot of viewership from around the globe. The crew’s interesting takes on what’s happening in the league and their internal jokes always manage to entertain the fans. Fans and viewers love to see Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley arguing, Kenny ‘The Jet’ Smith roasting the two big men and Ernie Johnson adding fuel to the fire at times. However, the hosts sometimes go a step too far while roasting players, which is now being perceived as bullying by two-time NBA champion Kevin Durant.

Kevin Durant and Charles Barkley have had a history of going at each other. Durant had once called Barkley a clown over a disagreement the two had. And now, KD gave his views on ‘Sir Charles’ and his criticizing way of reporting.

Recently, Kevin Durant appeared on an episode of ‘Boardroom.’ That is where the host brought up Charles Barkley’s “Bus Rider/Bus Driver” analogy regarding Kevin Durant and his two NBA championships with the Golden State Warriors.

To that, KD said, “I just think he’s mad opinionated and he feels as though that’s his job to be mad opinionated in a negative way against players. I feel like he feels that the job requires him to nitpick and look at just the negative in players. I’m not saying you should only talk about the positive either.”

“But when you clearly show bias that you trying to take away from what these players have done. Then it just looks corny on his part. Like, you’re a legend in the game, we respect what you’ve done. And like when you start trying to tear people apart for what they did in different ways. And trying to basically bully people because you’re in the media, like, it’s just corny to me,” added Durant.

However, the conversation wasn’t done there, as the ‘Slim Reaper’ had more to say about Barkley. Durant ended with, “He’s a f*cking legend that I’ve got nothing but respect for. I’m gonna play with pride knowing that he put blood, sweat, and tears into this organization. As an analyst, I don’t really f*ck with your approach.”
