What did Morant mean by his off-court issues?

When Morant said his actions are affecting the team, one of the things he was how on January 29, 2023, during a contentious game against the Indiana Pacers, members of the Pacers organization reported a laser incident allegedly involving Morant and his friends. As a result, his friend Davonte Pack was banned from Memphis home games for a year.
