Ronald Artest, now known as Metta Sandiford-Artest, was part of the famed Los Angeles Lakers squad that won the title in the year 2010. Kobe Bryant was the star of the NBA Finals that year as he claimed the Finals MVP trophy. Recently, Sandiford-Artest posted a picture of Kobe on his social media account. He was seen expressing gratitude to the late superstar after posting a cold photo of the Mamba. He wrote, “Without 24, I have zero rings. Thanks, my guy. Love you. R.I.P GG .”
It was heartening to see the former teammate of the late great Bryant paying homage to him. Kobe Bryant still lives in memories of basketball fans. He has played well over 900 games in the league. Throughout his career, he averaged 13.2 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 2.7 assists. Sandiford-Artest was known for his determination to help out his team. His work ethic was second to none.
