Many will remember the release of Diesel’s debut rap album, Shaq Diesel. Alongside spending time at the TNT studio and his office as a businessman, Shaq is also a DJ, gracing major stages and festivals with his performances. Gearing up for another big event, Shaq faced a bit of a conundrum courtesy of Celtics’ Jayson Tatum.
Adding to the list of big stages, Shaq played at the Miami Grand Prix after-party. Despite his commitment to his musical journey, however, O’Neal recently shared disheartening news with fans.

The Green and Miami Heat have been battling it out in the Eastern Conference Finals, with the Celtics surmounting an impressive comeback having gone down 3-0. Many thought for the tie to be over, but Tatum and Boston have fought back, and have fought back hard.
O’Neal has made a difficult decision to forgo his performance at this year’s Snake Pit concert held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Shaq announced his withdrawal from the big event through Twitter. He tweeted ?Indy I am beyond gutted to miss the Indy 500 this weekend. Unfortunately, due to scheduling issues with the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, I can?t make Snake Pit. My broth @ValentinoKhan will be stepping in for me? go extra hard with him..ill be back soon and make it up to you. Love yall?.

Shaq will be replaced by American DJ Valentino Khan.?Known for his charismatic stage presence, Shaq has chosen to prioritize covering the crucial Game 6 of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Miami Heat and the Boston Celtics.

When the Heat was only a win away from the NBA Finals, Jason Tatum led his squad to a blowout victory in game 5. Tatum scored a game-high 33 points 11 rebounds double double in the win. The power forward led the Celtics to dominate their rivals in a game 6 win as well, forcing a must-win game 7 for both sides. As the series is now extended, it affected Shaq’s plans for the Snake Pit as he will be obliged to cover the game along his Inside the NBA group.
