When one talks about the best players in the league, Stephen Curry just cannot be ignored. The Golden State Warriors veteran just turned 34 and is in no mood to stop. Led by Curry, the Warriors are one of the championship favorites this year and Steph would be looking to win his 4th title this year.

Talking on a podcast with Andre Iguodala, Curry talked about the impact he has on the team. According to him, the team is the driving factor behind the influence he has on the team.

Stephen Curry talks about teamwork

Apart from being one of the best players in the league and the best shooter in NBA history, Stephen Curry is also a very cool man on the court. He rarely has any moments when he loses his cool, even during heated moments.

Talking on a podcast, Steph was asked about how players like Magic Johnson had an impact on the leadership of Curry. 

He said, “They’ve all given different blueprints on how to do it and when to do it. You look at Kobe who kinda waited till the last chapter of his career to really start talking about how he was gonna build and what he was gonna do from a content and storytelling perspective.

Curry adds, “You said Tom, MJ, everybody kinda has a different blueprint from me. I like to try a lot of different things and it is all about the team that you put around you that makes it worth it for me.”

Speaking like a true leader, Curry gives credit to his teammates. Interestingly enough, the Warriors coach once revealed how Curry makes an impact on the team.

While Curry might not be as imposing on the court as LeBron James or Michael Jordan, he still has a huge impact on the team. Curry’s leadership style was revealed by the Warriors coach Steve Kerr.

Kerr said, “His leadership is usually done in a quiet, subtle way.” Stephen Curry has led the team to 3 NBA titles, including consecutive titles in 2017 and 2018. The Golden State Warriors are looking at a 4th title under his leadership this year and currently take 3rd place in the Western Conference.
