The Minnesota Timberwolves will be playing the Los Angeles Lakers in their final matchup of the season. Both the seventh and eighth seeds of the Western Conference will be battling it out on the court as the season comes to an end. However, the Timberwolves will be playing without their star center Rudy Gobert, after his altercation with his teammate. Despite getting suspended, Gobert gets support from an unlikely All-Star.

Draymond Green was one of the first ones to taunt Rudy Gboert over his altercation with teammate Kyle Anderson. It was Green?s way of getting even after Gobert did the same following the Draymond Green-Jordan Poole fiasco.

Draymond Green changes his stance

The fight between Rudy Gobert and Kyle Anderson took place when the two had a disagreement on the bench while playing against the New Orleans Pelicans. Things escalated when the two exchanged words.

And before you know it, Gobert ended up ?sucker punching? Anderson which led him to be sent home. Now, Draymond Green may have taunted the three-time Defensive Player of the Year at first but has seemed to change his stance now.

Green started off his opinion by saying, ?Quite frankly, there are just some words as men you just don?t say to me. And if you do choose to say those words, you also do have to be ready to deal with whatever comes.?

Green continued to justify his take as he went on to say that such things cannot be said in a competitive environment. The four-time NBA champion went on to say, ?Rudy Gobert, like I said, he showed me a side that he would stick up for himself that I just didn?t know was there.?

Rudy Gobert gets unlikely support

The seven-foot multiple Defensive Player of the Year has been suspended for the game against the Los Angeles Lakers. That was after he was sent home from the middle of the game due to his fight with his teammate.

The Golden State Warriors star surprisingly seemed to support Gobert in his actions as he could relate. He also justified Gobert?s actions in terms of not taking disrespect from anyone for that matter.
