Recently, he expressed his views in a now-deleted tweet, in response to a rant by Dan LeBatard regarding Nikola Jokic’s perceived lack of stardom. In the tweet, Durant expressed his opinion that Jokic does not aspire to be a star and instead focuses on his work, spending time with his horses via Facetime, and enjoying moments in the pool. He said, ?I don’t think Jokic wants or cares to be a star. Go to work and go home, Facetime his horses and hop in the pool.?

Durant has been criticized for using burner accounts to defend himself in the past and when fans realized it, they confronted him on social media in every way possible. Now, he has made a habit of getting into arguments or even expressing views and then deleting the tweets later.

Critics have scrutinized Kevin Durant’s social media usage on many occasions. However, Durant recently fired back at fans twisting the narrative, after a comment about Bruce Brown. Responding, Durant acknowledged the backlash, stating he would delete the tweet soon. He tweeted,??At some point, nets Twitter has to stop making s*** up?.I know, I know, I?m soft for this tweet. I?ll delete soon.?

Quote tweeting the tweet, the fan responded, “At some point, you have to take responsibility for your own actions.”? The screenshot posted by the fan with Durant’s tweet notification read, “What actions are you questioning brother?”

KD got into an argument with a hater because of a former teammate

Kevin Durant’s exchange with a Nets fan started after he accused him of Bruce Brown’s departure from the Brooklyn roster. The fan blamed Durant for not wanting Brown on the team, to which Durant responded clarifying the situation. Brown, who joined the Denver Nuggets as a free agent in 2022, has played a significant role in helping his team reach the 2023 NBA Finals in the Western Conference. Now, that Brown and the Nuggets are leading in the Finals 3-1 against the Miami Heat. Fans are not happy about losing Brown from their roster to a championship contention team and they’re blaming Kevin Durant for all of it.

Phoenix fired the head coach Monty Williams a little over three weeks ago. Williams led the Suns to the NBA Finals two years ago and was named the league’s Coach of the Year just last year. However, Williams bagged the largest coaching deal in the history of the NBA as he signed with the Detroit Pistons. Rumors suggest James Harden may join former teammate KD on the Suns after the release of Chris Paul.
