Chris Paul put up 25 points on an incredible 9-for-15 shooting clip from the field, including 7-for-12 from beyond the arc, in the Phoenix Suns‘ victory over the Denver Nuggets on Thursday. The win was made possible primarily due to Paul’s seven three-pointers, which were a regular-season high for the veteran star. NBA analyst Charles Barkley chimed in with an amusing take on Paul’s performance with a 13-time All-Star in sight, as LeBron James?and the entire NBA world joined in the party.

Paul has adapted well to playing off the ball more frequently, provided that the Suns team has many ball handlers. Phoenix’s offense now has a new dimension as they prepare for the playoffs, owing to Paul’s rediscovered ability to shoot from the perimeter with a high level of accuracy. Over the course of 37 minutes of play, Paul not only scored but also grabbed six rebounds, helped with two passes, blocked one shot, and had a steal.
