According to the reports from ESPN?s Senior NBA Insider Adrian Wojnarowski, Kyrie Irving is seeking a contract in the neighborhood of a four-year, $198.5 million. That would roughly translate to a couple of million shy of $50 million a year over the next four years.?

This request by Irving left fans going bonkers and many are speculating whether it is a smart move to pay Irving that amount of money.
