It’s like the universe has it out for the Los Angeles Lakers. As soon as things start looking up for the purple and gold, a hiccup disrupts their entire momentum, and fans are left to question even their playoff contention, not just the title. It seems like he has had enough and decided to give it back to some of his critics. This led to many others, including Kevin Hart, Dejounte Murray, Jamie Foxx, Gilbert Arenas, and more, reacting to his cryptic post on Instagram.

The Los Angeles Lakers have just come off a humiliating loss at the hands of the Minnesota Timberwolves. If that wasn’t enough, they also lost Anthony Davis, once again, to an injury. The MCL sprain in his left knee is expected to keep him off the court for another four weeks. This leaves the 37-year-old with most of the burden to carry the team.
Sure, he does have Russell Westbrook. However, consistency on his part has been very rare this season. This leaves James with the pressure of keeping the purple and gold’s head above water, at least if he doesn’t want more bashing from fans and analysts.
It seems like James has had enough and decided to answer back his critics.
He recently put up a post on Instagram that said, “Fake has become so acceptable that people get offended if you keep it real.” Although there is no direct indication towards a particular incident, one can assume many things. Nevertheless, he got plenty of support for his wise words as well.
