Jonathan Majors is going to play the role of the NBA legend Dennis Rodman in Lionsgate’s upcoming film, ’48 Hours in Vegas.‘ The Creed 3 actor is going to portray Rodman’s infamous trip to Las Vegas in the middle of the 1998 NBA Finals against the Utah Jazz. However, Majors kept the audience at the edge of their seats in a recent interview after giving a vague answer to a much-anticipated question regarding the movie.

Dennis Rodman attracted a lot of headlines during his playing days for his bizarre activities. The activities ensured that he is always under media spotlight and scrutiny.
However, some of his stunts also proved to be beneficial to him. In fact, he once shocked NBA fans after arriving at a book signing dressed as a bride. The incident grabbed a lot of headlines and created a lot of craziness among people. However, it also led to him making millions.

In 1996, Rodman decided to dress as a bride in a full white wedding dress for the promotion of his book ‘Bad as I Wanna Be.’ He startled the audience who had gathered for the book signing after arriving in a horse-drawn carriage. Later on, Rodman revealed that the he staged the whole thing as a publicity stunt to promote his book. And the stunt proved to be pretty effective as the five-time NBA champion ended up with a $10 million profit in sales.

Therefore, taking this incident into account, the interviewer asked Majors in a recent Variety interview whether he would re-enact this famous stunt of Dennis Rodman on the big screen. In response, Majors replied vaguely, ?It?s not out of the realm of possibility.?
“I don?t know if I can promise that. We gotta figure out what the director wants,” he added to play it safe.
Phil Lord, Aditya Sood, and Chris Miller are going to produce the film, along with Rodman. Will Allegra and Ari Lubert are going to be executive producers. And Jordan VanDina is going to write the screenplay of the film.
