Four-time NBA champion and former Detroit Pistons player John Salley shared some untold stories about Michael Jordan. Though Salley played on a rival team, he was a part of the 1996 Chicago Bulls team and won a championship with them as well. Nicknamed the Spider, Salley sat down with analyst Shannon Sharpe to discuss a few things about MJ.

Salley appeared on the show, Club Shay Shay with former NFL player Shannon Sharpe. And two just got into talking about Jordan and the aura that he carried with him. The two also talked about the level of his greatness.
Salley gave props to Yvette Prieto
Salley mentioned how other people who find success in their respective fields are based on Michael Jordan. Sharpe threw in a few phrases saying, ?He?s the Jordan of football or he?s the Jordan of golf.?
Salley went on to mention Jordan?s second wife, Yvette Prieto. Michael Jordan married his second wife in 2013 and has two identical twins with her as well. But Salley lauded Jordan?s wife for making a big change in MJ?s life.
Salley said, ?His new wife is the bomb too because her making him do normal things, it?s dope. That?s good for him, you know, it?s kinda crazy.? Sharpe also chimed in and said, ?Right, because he?s very isolated early on. I mean he didn?t really do anything publicly.?
Salley then shared a story of traveling to Monte Carlo with Jordan. And during their trip, they ran into the former professional boxer, Marvin Haggler. And Salley mentioned how Jordan was more excited to meet Hagler and the two were excited to talk to one another.

While walking down the streets of Monte Carlo, Salley asked Jordan how he liked it there. And Jordan said, ?No one?s bothering me.? That just goes to show how much Jordan missed being normal instead of a famous celebrity.
The amount of media attention Jordan got
The six-time NBA champion had once mentioned that all the media, publicity, and attention did tend to get too overwhelming for him. So, for Jordan to spend some time without someone constantly asking him for an autograph or a picture must?ve been a sigh of relief.
