Actress Gabrielle Union and NBA superstar Dwyane Wade initially started dating in 2008. The couple split up in early 2013, however, they were then engaged in December 2013. Wade and Union then tied the knot in 2014. The three-time champion has two children from his previous marriage with Siohvaughn Funches, which ended in 2010. He has another son from his relationship with reality star Aja Metoyer. Wade and Union have a daughter together who was born via surrogate.

Last year, Union published her second memoir, ‘You Got Anything Stronger?’. She made an appearance on the ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’ show and discussed the book and various other things. During the chat, Kimmel asked the actress about her love for strip clubs in 2021. Union admitted that she likes to go to strip clubs. When Kimmel asked how many times a year, she would go to strip clubs, she responded that she would go 10 to 15 times a year before the pandemic.
Jimmy Kimmel could not believe what he just heard. He then wanted to know how the ladies in the club would react to seeing her enter. Union stated that the ladies are very welcoming.

During the sit-down, Kimmel also wanted to know how much she has spent the most for one evening. Gabrielle Union disclosed that she could have spent $10,000 to $20,000 dollars maximum. And Kimmel and the crowd went wild hearing it. However, he wanted to know about Wade’s involvement with Union in all this. She revealed that Dwyane Wade did not want to go with her when she invited him.

“I was like, ‘Don’t be afraid babe, come with me.’ And I think he was a little intimidated by ‘Gab’s back!’ ‘There she comes with her wallet!’ But yeah it was something we did in the beginning but no. It was more of a solo operation or me with my friends,” Union said.

When Wade and Union started dating, he was playing for the Miami Heat where he spent most of his career. Wade was a promising young guard declaring to the 2003 NBA draft after two years at Marquette University. The 2003 NBA draft had some of the biggest superstar names, like LeBron James, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, etc.
The Heat selected Wade as the #5 pick. However, he played with a chip on his shoulder to prove to everyone that did not believe in him. In 2006, Wade led the Heat to the NBA finals to play against the Dallas Mavericks. He produced one of the best finals performances ever averaging 34.7 points, 7.8 rebounds, and 3.8 assists per game, and helped the Heat win their first-ever title.
