There are a handful of athletes who have beaten ‘Father Time’. NBA legend LeBron James might be the latest superstar to add his name to the elite list. Despite being 37, the former NBA champion is still one of the best players in the league.
One of his best times in the league came with the Miami Heat. Playing alongside Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh, LeBron won two of his four NBA titles with the Heat. Moreover, the trio shared a great relationship off the court as well.

A rare resurfaced video shows Dwyane Wade having some fun with LeBron during a training session. James was icing his knees presumably after a long training session and Wade found an opportunity to roast him. Wade said, “You got all this ice on you like you 35.”
Measures such as icing and spending a lot of his wealth on fitness are the reason why LeBron James is one of the best athletes in the world. As he enters his 20th year in the league, the Los Angeles Lakers star is looking fitter than ever.
LeBron James spends a fortune on his fitness

Thanks to such efforts, he is in top shape despite being 37. Last season, he was one of the best players on his team. Although the team failed to qualify for the playoffs, LeBron was at his individual best.
He averaged 30.3 points, 6.2 assists, and 8.2 rebounds while playing 56 games during the 2021-22 season. Moreover, he passed Karl Malone to become the second-highest scorer in NBA history.
