Andre Iguodala of the Golden State Warriors recently commented on his former teammate. He said, “I think he should stay in Brooklyn. Everybody grow up and make it work. Come out here and play or don’t play.

As the reactions above state, fans have not forgotten about Andre Iguodala’s time in the Memphis Grizzlies. The Golden State Warriors traded a veteran Iguodala to the Grizzlies in 2019. However, his time in the franchise is worth forgetting.

After getting traded to the Grizzlies, the team expected trades for the NBA veteran. Moreover, the franchise had also approached teams like the Los Angeles Lakers and the Clippers. Despite their efforts, no team wanted Iggy.

This led to a troubled situation between the team and Iguodala. He eventually left the team and joined the Miami Heat for 2 seasons before returning to the Warriors.
