The 4x-NBA champion’s cryptic remarks from the interview have prompted the hoops buffs to wonder if he is going to retire from the NBA. Besides, it was later reported that James is mulling retirement during the off-season. Shortly after LeBron’s daunting update hit the hoops world, his teammate Anthony Davis has let out a shocking revelation about LeBron James.
Just like the millions of basketball fans, Anthony Davis too was shocked to hear about LeBron’s post-game interview. However, AD quickly recollected a conversation he and James had earlier. Sadly, AD does not have good news about LeBron James’ future.

After ESPN informed Anthony Davis about LeBron’s remarks, he recollected a conversation he has had with LeBron. As the conversation goes, Davis told LeBron he?“might have one more in me,”?when referring to the 2024 Olympics. The 4x-NBA champion, however, told Davis, he might already be done playing by then.
Though Davis initially thought that LeBron misheard him, the latter made it clear that he might call it quits before the upcoming Olympics.

Anthony Davis’ shocking revelation is now doing rounds on Twitter after Legion Hoops tweeted a picture of the duo and captioned the tweet with AD’s words.

Has the LeBron James era come to an end?
LeBron James was sidelined by a foot injury during the regular season. Though he made a stunning comeback after the recovery, the injured foot continued to trouble the 38-year-old in his post-season stint. Besides, James has recently softened his stance about playing with his Bronny in the NBA after the latter decided to play college basketball for USC Trojans.

James is under contract for the Lakers for the next season worth $46.7 million. Moreover, James had netted a game-high 40 points in the recent Game 4.
