However, his efforts were in vain, as LeBron James and the Lakers managed to close out the game in the final quarter. This marked the second straight loss for the Knicks. Naturally, putting in the effort and still ending up on the losing side is disheartening; but Randle had something to cheer him up. This ‘something’ is a video of his 6-year-old son, Kyden Randle – a video that is winning the hearts of the entire NBA community, including Shaquille O’Neal.

The clip is from Kyden’s school basketball game where one of his teammates had the ball and refused to pass it to him. Kyden, who had no defenders around him, kept trying to attract his teammates’ attention. However, all that was of no avail. Therefore, Kyden ran up to his teammate, held him, and pushed him to the ground to get the ball. The referee blew his whistle and Julius soon had to enter the frame to mitigate the disaster. He held Kyden with a smile on his face and gently pointed out his error. The series of events subsequently went viral on the Internet and NBA fans, including Shaquille O’Neal, had a great time watching it.

Shaq’s reaction to the video was straightforward. He liked Kyden’s tactics so he shared the video on his Instagram story. While Shaq contributed to making the video viral, fans rushed to the comments section to react to the video. They claimed that Kyden had features of players like Draymond Green in him. Furthermore, they joked that his father’s team, the Knicks, had signed him up. Some fans even suggested that Kyden should play football or try wrestling instead of playing basketball. Julius Randle’s season so far
Julius Randle has been with the New York Knicks for four seasons now. This current season has so far been his best. He is averaging 24.7 points, 4 assists, and 10.8 rebounds per game.?

On several occasions, Randle has come in clutch and taken control of the game. This happened on 26th January against the Boston Celtics. He bagged 37 points and nine rebounds which gave the Knicks an upper hand leading to a 120-117 victory.
