Ben Simmons has missed many games for the Nets last season after joining them mid-season. He only made his debut earlier last month against Pelicans. Simmons missed the Pacers game due to knee soreness. It was surprising, as the player wasn’t previously listed at all. However, the news of Ben Simmons’ being downgraded went viral on social media, speaking reactions from NBA fans.

The ‘Slim Reaper’ had a dominant performance against the Pacers. He bagged 9 rebounds and 7 assists alongside 36 points. However, apart from the win, Durant will also celebrate a major NBA milestone. Durant is now 19th on the all-time scoring list, surpassing Vince Carter. Kevin Durant’s total points are 25,729, which is just 1 point ahead of the former NBA star.
Vince Carter also reacted to Durant’s achievement and congratulated him through a video message. This milestone should be a major confidence booster for Durant, who is averaging 32 points per game this season.
