Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant is considered one of the most complete scorers in the NBA. The man can arguably score at will from mid-range, the post, or beyond the arc. But when Durant made a claim regarding Bradley Beal, fans on social media tore him to shreds for it. Even though Beal missed the game against the Nets, Durant has nothing but praise for him.?

The Washington Wizards are on an eight-game losing streak right now, the most in the league. With an 11-18 record, the Wizards sit in the 12th position on the Eastern Conference table. Furthermore, Bradley Beal has missed out on a majority of games so far this season.
Kevin Durant spoke highly of Bradley Beal
An injury to his wrist forced him to miss the start of the season for the Wizards. Since then, Beal has dealt with a thigh and hamstring injury as well. The last game he played was against the Los Angeles Lakers where he only played a total of 3 minutes.
And despite missing the game against the Brooklyn Nets,?Durant still felt that Bradley Beal is a Hall of Fame player. Fans on the other hand did not seem to agree with Kevin Durant.
One fan tweeted, ?Hall of fame bank robber.?

Bradley Beal has literally done nothing in his career but play basketball 🤷🏽♂️

I’ll disrespectfully disagree. Durant’s comment is moronic. Barring radical improvement and becoming one of the top 2-3 guards in the league for the next 3-5 years, Beal isn’t close to HoF.
Or maybe Durant means Beal’s a lock for the Wizards version of HoF?

Fans were seemingly not on board with Durant?s opinion. Beal is surely one of the greats for the Washington Wizards franchise. However, it seems few fans agree with the fact that he is a Hall of Fame player.
How good is Bradley Beal?

Bradley Beal was the third overall pick in the 2012 NBA draft by the Washington Wizards. He has undoubtedly been a great scorer for the team. Beal is currently averaging 22.9 PPG, 3.7 RPG, and 5.4 APG this season.
However, given the condition that the Wizards are in right now, perhaps few around the league would consider a Wizards player to be Hall of Fame material.?

At 29 years of age, the three-time All-Star still has time to turn that around by winning a few more personal and team accolades. But the team?s roster may prevent him from doing so, given the fact where the Wizards stand right now.
