LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers aren’t exactly having the season they dreamt of earlier. King James turned 38 just a week ago. Although James’ longevity is unquestionable, nobody can defeat father time. Even James knows it, as he recently reiterated some of his wishes before retiring from the game. The Los Angeles Lakers superstar sent fans into a frenzy as he recently divulged his plans in detail before retiring from the game.

King James wants to play with his son Bronny James before he retires. Bronny playing in the NBA isn’t quite possible in the near future, hence fans hilariously suggested the Lakers superstar find another way.

The Lakers no. 6 recently sat down with ESPN to discuss his achievements and his time in LA. In the midst of all the goals that he was chasing, James is still eyeing to play with his son. As James waits for his son Bronny to be eligible for the NBA, the NBA fandom decided to hilariously troll King James for his wishes.

Here are some of the reactions:

Fans joked about how King James would have to play for the G-league to fulfill his ultimate wish. Bronny still has a long way to go in the NBA. He would be officially eligible for the NBA in 2024, a year after his high school graduation. LeBron James’ eldest son might look for other places to be during that time, like the G-league of the NBA rather than college basketball.

A report in The Athletic back in October 2022 also mentioned that many scouts think that Bronny isn’t “ready” yet. The widespread consensus among experts is that he will take time, and that could be more than just a year.
