Shaquille O’Neal in a conversation with Keith Russell of CBS Texas was seen opening up about his bass music festival in the state of Texas. He also opened up about growing up in San Antonio and Texas and what the place means to him.

The four-time champion says, “I am from San Antonio, Texas. But I lived in Houston. I lived in Austin town called Pflugerville City in Texas but I have always been Dallas so I’m getting closer towards retirement.”

He adds, “In the South Lake area I’m looking to get big. There’s this big castle house in South Lake.”

So, it seems DJ Diesel is quite fond of the Lone Star State (Texas). He’s actively looking at a beautiful property worth around $7.8 million as he approaches the later stages of his life. It’s a rather heartening thing to see that the Lakers legend is still in awe of the place he grew up in.
