Stephen Curry wins hearts as he helps Warriors make an incredible comeback

Last season, the Golden State Warriors might not have made it to the playoffs but we saw some unbelievable performances from Steph. Everyone knew that if he had the supporting cast he needs, the Warriors could once again, be the insurmountable team of the Western Conference.

So this offseason, when Klay Thompson‘s return was announced, fans were thrilled. Little did they know that there was already a player named Jordan Poole, waiting to bloom and become the much-needed third pillar of the team along with Curry and Draymond Green. But on nights like this, when neither Poole nor anyone else is able to perform, Stephen Curry made sure to take care of business.

Despite a slight injury scare right at the beginning of the first quarter against the Atlanta Hawks, Steph returned and put up a 50-point performance along with 10 assists. The guy right behind him was Poole, who also added 16 points to the board. However, fans were majorly impressed with Curry’s ability to carry the team the way he did and always does. So, they flooded Twitter with praises for the 33-year-old.

It’s just about time and these MVP chants will rise to the sky.

What’s worse is that this is them without the other Splash Brother in the picture. Imagine what they could pull off once he does return? The Dubs are playing the Minnesota Timberwolves next, and are most likely to bag that win as well.
