The Jordan brand recently achieved a historic feat by signing their first-ever female high school player Kiyomi McMiller for name, image, and likeness(NIL deal). After the signing, Jasmine shared it on Instagram with a sincere message on the occasion of International Women’s Day, that triggered impassioned responses from fans.

Jasmine Jordan started off by admitting that she was blessed and grateful to be on the cover of Footwearnews with Kiyomi McMiller, especially during women’s history month. She noted that she is comfortable working behind the scenes.
However, the 30-year-old is ready to step into the spotlight if need be, alongside bringing others with her, “Occasionally, an opportunity comes about to step into the light and I do so only if I?m able to bring others with me.” Additionally, Jasmine spoke highly about another signing Kiki Rice. The UCLA Bruins star was the Jordan brand’s first-ever NIL athlete.
She further wrote, “To be so bright and to set the bar so high thus far is truly a gift! You can?t teach what you know girl and it?s an honor to be beside you as you flourish on and off the court.”
Jordan concluded her message, saying, “I could go on and on about how special these two ladies are but y?all will see as their stories continue to unfold. So much love + gratitude to everyone that we?re involved and know that there is so much more to come.”
