The Yeezy founder claimed that along with the NBA stars, fellow rapper Jay Z and his singer-songwriter wife Beyonce are under the control of the mainstream establishment. The clip of the short interaction was released on November 11, 2022, and is now making rounds on social media.

The rapper recently made allegations about several famous personalities that is bound to attract more media attention. According to recent reports, Kanye West claimed that ‘they’ control several people including Shaquille O’Neal and Jay Z.

“They can control Shaq, they can control Charles Barkley, they can control LeBron James, they can control Jay-Z & Beyoncé, but they can’t control me,” said West.
While it is not clear who ‘they’ are, West stated that ‘they’ wanted to ‘monetize and traumatize.’
He added, “And God loves me…You understand? They hit me – Gap, Adidas, all that away. Steal Forbes, who hate me, right? Had to write net worth $400 million,. Jesus is King. God love me.”

West has been in a social media war with Shaquille O’Neal for quite some time. The duo has been attacking each other through various posts and comments. The verbal dispute first began when Shaq criticized Kyrie Irving for promoting a movie that contained antisemitic tropes. Evidently, West was one of the few who supported Irving. Therefore, West called out Shaq by bringing forth the latter’s business relations with billionaire Jamie Slater. Hence, began their Twitter feud and it looks like the feud will remain for a little while.
