Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant sent headlines all across the world a few months ago after requesting a trade away from the team. Subsequently, he has been linked to multiple teams while the Nets figure out a viable option.
While the mere thought of having Giannis Antetokounmpo and Durant on the same team might haunt defenders, it might become a reality. According to sources, the Milwaukee Bucks enquired about Durant’s situation and price tag.

Shams Charania of The Athletic wrote, “Milwaukee Bucks and Denver Nuggets also inquired with the Nets in late June and early July to gauge the price tag, according to sources.“
While getting Durant’s services might seem like a long shot for the Bucks, seeing Giannis and KD on the same team will definitely urge the officials to make a move.
Teams across the NBA race against time for Kevin Durant
The Brooklyn Nets boasted of having one of the best teams in the league not long ago. With stars like James Harden, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Durant on the roster, a lot was expected.

However, the trio broke up soon after. Harden left the Nets in order to join the Philadelphia 76ers while Durant and Irving are also looking to leave.
Out of the remaining stars on the roster, KD made his intentions known by officially asking for a trade. Teams like the Miami Heat, Phoenix Suns, and even Boston Celtics have enquired about him.

Interestingly enough, the Bucks’ interest in KD will certainly send shivers down the opponents. However, getting Durant to join the Bucks will be more than difficult.

They have a strong core of Giannis Antetokounmpo, Khris Middleton and Jrue Holiday. In order to land KD in the Bucks, the team will most certainly have to send one of Holiday or Middleton to the other side.
