The Milwaukee Bucks superstar was new to the league back in 2014, and undeniably a force. Everyone wanted a piece of his intellect and personality, as media houses flocked to him for interviews. Now the Bucks superstar is almost a legend in the city, but back in 2014-16, he came off as a little shy.
While talking to the Washington Post back in 2015, Giannis Antetokounmpo was asked many questions. One of which leaned towards his fun side, and also maybe his preferences. Tim Bontemps of the Washington Post asked him who would be his three dinner guests if he could call anyone.
?In the World?.. Barack Obama, J. Cole and Michael Jordan.? said Antetokounmpo. He shyly added, ?Barack Obama, because he?s the president. J. Cole because he?s my favorite musician, and Michael Jordan because he?s the best player to ever play the game. Can I put in a fourth??. When the reporter affirmed, the Bucks superstar named Justin Bieber as his fourth guest.
Well, the 2021 MVP?s dinner guests are solely his choice, but fans would wonder why would he call Michael Jordan when he preferred LeBron James.
Back in 2018, in an interview with Euro Hoops, Antetokounmpo said ?[In Greek] The Guy is amazing, if he?s not the GOAT, he?s probably the second best in the game?.
