It’s undeniable that the sheer dominance of the wing and guard duo contributed tremendously to Michael Jordan’s legacy. Pippen and Jordan are among the elite few players who won the Finals each time that they played in it.
But in a shocking revelation, Pippen picked apart his HOF teammate’s game during a recent interview. He argued that Jordan’s style of play was more about individual glory than team success, immediately sending shockwaves through the basketball community.

In his own words, “I?ve seen Michael Jordan play before I came to play with the Bulls. You guys seen him play. He was a horrible player, he was horrible to play with.”?
Pippen explained his issues with Jordan’s style of play, saying, “He was all one on one, he?s shooting bad shots and all of a sudden, we become a team and we start winning. Everybody forgot who he was.? Pippen even went on to say that he considered LeBron James to be the greatest statistical player in the league’s history.
This comment was seen as a direct attack on Jordan’s legacy, and it drew criticism from fans who considered MJ to be the GOAT.

Exactly 30 days after his controversial comments, Scottie Pippen took to Instagram with an ambiguous message. He posted the following words, “You gotta get tf up every day and do this for you. Forget what everybody else is doing or saying, this is your life.”
