One can assure that the NBA on TNT crew is back to its 100% when Shaquille O’Neal and Charles Barkley have a go at each other hilariously. Similarly, when the Phoenix Suns legend Barkley presented his analogy on MVP cadre players, Shaq had to agree to it after taking a blow. Amid his analogy, Chuck proved his point by taking an NBA legend as an example. Notably, he once called the same player a “scapegoat”. Moreover, this happy-go-lucky combination may not sustain longer, as several reports suggest a potential break-up between the duo in the coming season.

The Los Angeles Lakers legend Shaquille O’Neal returned to the TNT show after recovering from his hip-replacement surgery. As the league steps into the last week of the regular season, it’s important for Shaq to return before the postseason. Meanwhile, the analysts are busy picking their regular season MVPs and Barkley provided an exciting analogy involving 2x regular season MVP Steve Nash.

In the recent episode of Inside the NBA, the crew extensively spoke about the potential MVP of this season. Even though Shaq seemed upset, he agreed to Barkley’s unpopular opinion on MVP picks. He said, “Nobody thinks Steve Nash was as good as Kobe and Shaq but during the regular season he was.” As soon as Chuck made his point, Shaq disagreed with the statement by making a noise with his coffee mug. Eventually, he agreed to Chuck.

He said, “Chuck, you lucky I ain’t take my medicine because I would have fought your big a** on that one but I didn’t take my medicine. you’re right, you’re right.” Interestingly, Nash won back-to-back MVPs in 2005 and 2006 over the likes of Kobe Bryant, LeBron James, Shaquille O’Neal and others. While his stats weren’t at the level of some of the other MVP candidates, the Suns were one of the best teams in the league. This helped the Canadian bag two heavily scrutinized MVPs.
