The 6’3″ guard in a recent conference said, “I’ve known this was a business since I was 18 or 19. My dad taught me that. People make business decisions.” when?discussing his mentality toward the recent trade rumors involving his name. ?He added, “Whatever decision they make, I make sure I’m ready professionally like I always have been & always will be.”

The 2017 MVP is reportedly ready to play with any team. Westbrook has been efficient off the bench for the Lakers so far this season. Notably, he is also a top candidate for the Sixth Man of the Year award. Although, the Lakers continue to struggle in the Western Conference, currently sitting in 13th place with a 25-29 record so far.

Who are the other trade options for Westbrook?

Fred VanVleet from the Toronto Raptors might be a possible trade option for the Lakers guard, according to some analysts. Chicago Bulls?Zach LaVine, who has been under trade talks for several weeks, is another possible option. The Lakers are undoubtedly in desperate need of a shooter as they have lacked consistent three-point shooting this season.
