The Los Angeles Lakers beat the Golden State Warriors in a closely contested Game 4. They won by a margin of three points. LeBron James and Anthony Davis once again showed up as they both scored over 20 points each, leading the series by 3-1. However, it was not AD or LeBron who garnered fans’ attention by the time the game concluded. Charles Barkley heaped praise on the young Lakers star as he showed he can be a major asset offensively.
The Los Angeles Lakers have to win one more game to qualify for the Western Conference Finals. They will want to continue their sublime form and acquire the bragging rights of knocking out the defending champions.

Lonnie Walker added 15 points to the Lakers’ tally on 66.7% shooting. He was a major offensive resource for the Los Angeles Lakers as he made some clutch shots. Reacting to Walker’s performance Charles Barkley said, “We don’t care about all these big guys. We got Lonnie Walker number 4. Forget LeBron, Forget AD. We g0t Lonnie Walker number 4.”?
Charles Barkley was high on praise for the 24-year-old Lakers star. Discussing Walker’s involvement in the game Barkley said, “His mentality has definitely got to change. Like I don’t understand if you’ve got a advantage every trip up and down the court why you don’t demand the ball?”
The former Phoenix Suns superstar certainly thought that Lonnie Walker deserved to play a bigger role in this playoff series and can be equally influential alongside LeBron and AD. Barkley said Walker needed to take a stand for himself so that he can have a positive impact on the game. Walker has certainly found himself an admirer in the NBA legend.

Stephen Curry defends Jordan Poole
Despite Chef Curry’s triple-double, the Warriors still were not able to get past the Los Angeles Lakers. Jordan Poole had a night to forget as he scored a total of 0 points throughout the game. The NBA fans didn’t mince their words while criticizing Poole’s performance but Curry quickly came to the defense of his teammate. He said, “There’s no sense in isolating [Jordan Poole] in this situation.”
Curry wanted everyone on the team to show up and perform if they are to come back from the massive deficit. If the Warriors want to defend their title then they would need to win three games straight.
