Who is to take the blame for Golden State Warriors‘ second-round exit against the Lakers? The squad looked out of tune all season and suffered the repercussions in the Playoffs. Jordan Poole gets flamed by some fans

Take the case of Jordan Poole, he is just 23 years old, has a $128,000,000 contract and a bulk of the Warriors fandom has placed high parameters upon him. The former Michigan star had a tough time in the Playoffs, only averaging 10.3 points per game on 34.1% and just 25.4% from the three-point line. 

The Warriors’ official Instagram handle posted a photo that had the caption “Then vs. Now”. In this post, we can see the reactions invoked by the game-winners hit by the Guard. One is the example of when he hit a winner while he was a part of the Michigan team in his NCAA days. The other example is when he hit a game-winning layup for the Warriors against the Grizzlies.

The 2022 NBA champion, however, has received huge backlash for his Playoffs’ disappearance. His role has shifted constantly and backing-up Stephen Curry isn’t easy. With Klay Thompson occupying the off-guard role and the Warriors’ recurring injury issues, the youngster wasn’t able to get a stable role. Some fans were, nevertheless, quick to take hits at Poole.
