“F**k Outta Here”: Moments After Major Kevin Durant-LeBron James Update, Former NBA Champion’s High KD Praise Drives Fans Livid

Kevin Durant‘s return to the team after an injury layoff has only made the Phoenix Suns more dominant. Continuing the winning streak with his new team, KD is having efficient performances for the Suns this season. However, it seems like the 2-time NBA champion can never satisfy the fans. Just hours after it was announced that KD will sit out against LeBron James’ Los Angeles Lakers, a Washington Wizards star’s high praise for the Slim Reaper continues to receive a lot of hate from the NBA buffs on Twitter. 

The NBA world was left disappointed as they were robbed of another KD-LeBron matchup. The duo hasn’t faced off against each other since 2018. Anyhow, fans continue to call out the 2014 MVP for injury trouble, even after a former NBA champion gave him his flowers.

Wizards’ star recognizes Kevin Durant’s efficient stat

Ever since February, Kevin Durant continues to be an important asset for the Phoenix Suns. Already with Devin Booker, Chris Paul, and DeAndre Ayton, the Suns added another key piece that might help them bag a championship. The 6’10 forward is currently averaging 29.1 points, 6.7 rebounds and 5 assists this season. However, the number of games played is making it feel lighter. 

In addition to the above efficiency, Durant is the only player in the league to average 55/40/90% shooting with 10+ points per game. Moreover, the veteran forward is doing all the above with an impeccable average of almost 30 points per game. However, KD playing only 47 games this season seems to be a problem for the fans. 

Injuries were a huge hindrance for Kevin Durant this season, as has been the case for the past few years. Though the forward joined the Suns back in February, he has only played 8 games for the organization so far. In addition, KD decided to rest in one of the most-awaited games between the Suns and the Lakers today.

Fans who were eager for a match-up between LeBron James and Kevin Durant were left disappointed as the two superstars haven’t faced each other since 2018. However, Wizards’ star Kyle Kuzma recognized this efficient stat on Twitter, as he mentioned, “KD is having one of the greatest seasons I’ve ever seen.” Fans were not pleased with Kuzma’s tweet at all.

Fans do not give Kuzma a green flag

Though KD has played only eight games for the Suns so far, the veteran forward is yet to lose a game with his new team. However, fans believe the efficiency does not matter as Durant has missed a majority of the regular season due to injuries. Fans slammed Kuzma’s take and slammed KD for joining another great team. Forget one of the greatest seasons ever, fans don’t feel that KD even had a great season.
