As soon as the Brooklyn Nets finally started to gel together, things took a massive turn. Despite going on a 12-game winning streak earlier in the season, the Nets decided to part ways with franchise stars Kyrie Irving and Kevin Durant. Moreover, the Nets are on the brink of having a massive falloff as they continue to suffer after the departure of the stars. In their first game back after the All-Star break, the Chicago Bulls, with newly acquired Patrick Beverley, gave a reality check to the Nets during Friday night’s drubbing. Fans took to Twitter and flooded the comments with their opinions.

In the first game after the break, the Chicago Bulls asserted their domination on the Nets with an impressive halftime scorecard. The Bulls commanded both offense and defense of the game, as they lead 29-63 heading into halftime.

Moreover, fans reacting to the score praised Pat Bev’s inclusion in the squad as the major reason for the charge. Beverley put up 8 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 assists in 22 minutes on the floor.
