Michael Jordan was arguably far more competitive than most of his peers on the court and he also had the skill to keep up with his drive. He dominated the court in a way that was never seen before in the NBA. While trash-talking has adversely affected many players in the field of sports, Michael Jordan had strong mental skills that allowed him to enhance his game as a result of the chatters. The Bulls legend was too good at responding to trash talks with his performance on the court. Meanwhile, a recently resurfaced video of a 36-year-old Michael Jordan nearly ending a former player’s NBA career after an impudent phone call, has left NBA fans going crazy on Twitter.
After his second three-peat with the Chicago Bulls, Michael Jordan decided to retire for the second time in 1998. However, His Airness surprisingly returned to a Bulls practice session the next season to teach a rookie a lesson he would never forget. The move turned out to be potentially career-ending for the youngster, who had shown the audacity to trash-talk MJ on the phone.
